"Elliot's translation is not the only English-language
version out there. Appropriately, there is also online translation taken from the original 2-Channel archives at www.yahoo.com."

English isn't my native language, and I don't know what "appropriately" means in this context. What is the synonym for "appropriately"?

I agree most with Richard… To me, the word “appropriately” in this context emphasizes that
- it fits well in this case
- it is suitable in this case
- it is a good idea in this case
that there is also online translation taken from the original 2-Channel archives at www.yahoo.com.

To me it usually sounds like the word “appropriately” is there to put the focus on the particular case / purpose / person / occasion … I mean it draws attention to the peculiarity or special nature of whatever is being talked about.
