turn the air conditioner on in the car and sip on some fine aged wine, preferably in a barrel over many years and doing so will help control that.

actually there is no way you can control perspiration but you can negate its effects:-
1. Wear cottons while travewlling, they absorb sweat, specially light cotton fabrics
2. wear lighter colours, pastels
3. Sprinkle a few drops of sandalwood essence in your water before bathing
4. Apply talcum powder on more sweaty parts of your body.
5. Use a deoderant, which can be touched up in every 4-5 hours.
6. Avoid eating foods that make you perspire more, raw onions, chillies, tea / coffee. Opt for fresh fruits / juices / buttermilk
7. If you really perspire too much, carry a spare shirt that can be changed when the previous one is "soaked".

Use a good deorderant the clear kind so you don't get stains. and for overall body, apply a good cornstarch based powder like Gold Bond ..excellent! if your on a plane etc.. apply cool towel over and around your neck that should keep things cool and dry. Jm

Before I knew I had low blood sugar, I would get sweaty hands in nervous situations, etc. Now that I am eating for my blood sugar (now diabetic), I have noticed less perspiration.

I have since found out my imbalanced blood sugars can lead to an overgrowth of the candida albicans fungus that we carry around in our intestines to help us digest food. This fungus (yeast) can increase body odor if it is overgrowing.

If you are flying just keep going into the airplane bathroom and keep wetting your armpits to make sure it doesnt start and also check with the airplane place some are letting you take small bottles of deodorant on the airplane with you now.
