I just recently got my hair deep conditioned and after a few days the last three inches of my hair was back to it's dry and frizzy ways. No matter how much I wet it or put gel or grease in it, it stays dry and uncontrollable. What do I do ?

Cut off the dry frizzy mess. You are over processing your hair.

Poor dear, I can sympathize. The ends probably need to be cut off, but if you're like me, you'll hold on to them. If you can afford it, Toni and Guy has a new S Factor Conditioner called Serious Conditioner. If you use it every time you wash for at least five minutes each time, it will really help. S-Factor also has a Smoothing Lusterizer product that you can put quite a bit of in your hair that really helps to tame those ends and really smooth everything out. Your high end salons should carry Toni and Guy's TIGI S-Factor line.

If you can't afford TIGI, be sure you use a really deep conditioner from the drugstore along with leave in conditioners.

Dont use water. Water just dehydrate it even more. Use hair moisturiser on the ends. You can just use conditioner on the ends of your hair. The rest of the hair will not get dry so often. The whole head conditioning can be done about once a week. Cutting it away also helps.

Use fish as diet (cod liver oil intake will also help) and use olive oil or coconut oil for your hair insted of any hair gels or hair sprays . Always oil your hair very much 2 to 3 hours before you wash them with shampoo and dont tie it untill you wash them. Never blow dry your hair , use towel and later let them dry naturally. Never dry your hair in hot air, sun light. Avoid using straightening rods and hot air hair curlers. Never use shampoo directly to your hair instead soak your hair with lots of water and then take some shampoo in your palm or some disposible cup , mix it with little water and then apply to your hair to massage to make lether and then use lots of "cold or not hot" water to rinse it. I use too much hair oil to massage and leave it untill all of it totally dries naturally, when they are too much dried out and nothing works, this brings them real softness. Trim the tips of your hair if they have colour less or split ends. This will get you less chances of your hair being dried.

Maybe trim off the frizzy part and use Dove intense moisture shampoo/conditioner and Dove smooth and soft anti frizz cream, and Biolage ultra hydrating balm they all work really well.

Use infusion or k pac leave in treatment. All you do is spray it on after you shampoo and condition and style as usual. It makes my dry curly, overprocessed hair soft and healthy looking. It should work for you.

Well, if you are not willing to just cut those few inches off (it is good for you to do that every once in awhile to revive your hair)) , then you can go to a beauty supply store and get a bottle of "cholesterol" yes that is right cholesterol... it will add nutrients to your hair...

good luck

oh-my-goodness.
it's horrible, isn't it?
my hair is the same way, and i hate it!

i use a shampoo called garnier fructis, it helps the frizz go away, and there is also a conditioner called bed head, that helps too.

good luck with your hair!

I took a visit to sallys, and that i have been given the finest products there for my hair you ought to get. I braught Osmo shampoo & conditioner, (this is in a glittery yellow tube) and Osmo huge Deep restoration mask. once you get out of the bathe, placed on the restoration mask and rubdown it into your head overlaying all parts and leave it on for thus long as you could because the longer you keep it on the more desirable ideal the out come at the same time as your hair is smooth back. keep faraway from the straightners for a reliable month or so and once you do start up to straighten your hair back make constructive you purchase a warmth protecter.
