I make up a simple white sauce and add curry powder to my taste and chop up the boiled eggs and mix through the curry sauce and have on toast.
Boiled eggs added to potato salad is another good one.
Take the yolk out (the yellow bit) and mash it with salt, pepper, parsley, mayonnaise, curry powder and butter until soft but not runny and spoon it back into the hollow in the white that was left when you took out the yolk. These stuffed eggs are yummy.

I like eggs. However the best enhancement is Tabaco sauce and Tabasco has a new Chipootte sauce. Salt as well.Perhaps you would prefer scrammbled. Do not listen to people about the evils of eggs. Not true and one of the better sources of Vitamin E

Mash them up and add salt, pepper, mayonnaise and sugar. Also, a previous answer said to use brown eggs because they are organic. Brown eggs may or may not be organic, it's just that they came from a red or brown chicken.

well the yoke ain't a good thing woman, the whites are, so rejoice becuz you can toss that yellow stuff, the whites are pure protein, mix with a lil butter and a lil salt and pepper and you got a pretty good meal, and if you can buy organic eggs (brown shells) they taste better and you don't need to add any thing to'em

Spices - fines herbs or seasoning salts should do the trick.
If you have the time, make deviled eggs instead of just eating them as is.

I boil my eggs in my fav tea, which changes regularly. If you like strong flavor, try Earl Grey, or if you like it's uniqu notes, green tea.
