Be sure and eat, and also quit eating when you know you should. That is one of people's biggest problems. We love to eat so much we won't stop until we have to.
Then do something you enjoy. Some people take up jogging and love it. My thing growing up was riding a bicycle. I had a dog that followed me everywhere, my buddy sam, and it was like exploring for me. I can't pick your activity for you; just do whatever you enjoy that is physical. How about skating or swimming. Swimming is marked as one of the best workouts ever.

Go to discovery Health .com Dr oz. For some advice.The best is easy and free always walking. As you walk, tighten your butt you walk as you tighten then release hold tight for 5 sec or so and the repeat, also Do back muscles it buids not only a stong back which is essencial for your ovberall body, and it builds strong abs and buttocks you'll won't go wrong.. building those muscles you'll lose weight I certainly did!

Think cardio. U need to do everything U can to get ur heart rate up in the morning, B4 school & usually in the L8TR afternoon after school. Walking, running, etc.... Always do abs... Stomach crunches, leg lifts, etc.... Also whatch what u eat after 4pm. No carbs after 4pm... In the beginning take in as little carbs as posssible. No bread, pasta, etc.... Good luck ... It can B a long road...

Depends on what you want to do to your body. How much do you want to loose? you need to be more specific, but to just give you a good round about. Start off eating better, you don't have to go cold turkey just starty off on a good pace. Your too young to take supplements your body is still developing, you just need to excersie naturally. Does your school not have a gym to go to? The best wat to shead some pounds off are running. Do me a favor email me and be more specific and i will help you to the best of my knowledge.

To burn fat (lose weight) you need to do cardio such as waking, running, biking, playing any sport that gets your heart rate up. You will also want to do strength and/or toning exercises to tone muscles. I suggest you go to the library and check out some books and videos. You can also search the net.

Combat Conditioning is excellent. Uses body weights and bridging is the best. Good luck.

swimming is the best work out,skip d dinner,consume lots of fresh vegetables n fruits.Avoid high cholesterol n calorie foods,do 20 sit-up before sleep.gud luc
