If u spend ages in the shower then ur skin absorbs more water making it feel thicker. ur hand should subside after a couple of hours

If your in Canada go see a Doctor. It's free!!! He will give you a good prognostic.
If you have to pay for your health care well I hope you have insurance...

MY GOD MAN!, SEE A DOCTOR....MIGHT be rheumatoid arthritis maybe....or maybe some ones alittle to ruff with the monkey...or maybe it's a high salt diet or some thing. stop asking people like us and see a doctor

I would get it checked out by a doctor but could be early signs of arthritis
but .. get it checked out to be safe :)
