I wouldn't suggest using lemons to lighten your hair. It can dry out your hair and so can Sun In products. Try asking someone where you get your hair done if they can suggest any products that will lighten your hair safely. Good luck :)

When I was younger I used to use lemon extract juice to make my hair blond. I would just wash my hair, apply the juice, let it sit a few minutes, then rinse it out. If it doesn't work try leaving it in longer the next time. (I only recently went red)

well, you just cover your hair in lemon juice and lie out in the sun for a few hours sun bathing. It really does work, coz it bleaches your hair, but it can dry your hair out. Just use a good conditioner after, like aussi 3 minute miracle.

rub the lemon on the hair...or massage it with lemon and curd mixture.....too much lemon will make ur hair white ....so be care-full
