I know he was Jesus of Nazareth,but did this count as a sir name in those days

I know his middle initial was H, as in Jesus H Christ.

Not really...surnames weren't officially used in Jesus' times or culture. Unofficially, He would have been identified by associating Him with His (supposed human) father...so He would be called "Jesus ben Joseph" (Jesus, Joseph's son.)

As for ER...I know nothing.

The Jews would have called Him,Yehsua Ben Yosef, or Josuha son of Joseph, as they did not realize that He was the Messiah,those that did called Him the Christ which means `Annointed of God`.
