When we were in Turkey we saw a barbers shop called 'Ufuk' and a sign for an air conditioning company called 'Arcelik'. Have you seen any funny signs on your hols?

A clothes shop in Turkey promoting "SWEAT - £2", the clothes label "GOB LONDON", a children's clothes shop called "CHILD EXPORT", a fast food restaurant that sells "CHESS BURGERS", a meat dish described as " FRIED LAMP", a spit roast chicken, "TRANSLATED CHICKEN", a teacher called "UFUK KUNT"........!

I could go on!

the barbers is not called ufuk that is an electrical company who install satellite dishes

I live in Javea on Spain's Costa Blanca. I often pass this restaurant in Denia it is called : WANKEE LONG. Now you know why I pass it. I don't think I'll be eating in there. Ugh perish the thought. This is absolutely the truth.

There was a place in Cyprus called "The Lime Gardens" but it was such a dump that we added an "S" to it one night and renamed it "The Slime Gardens."

yes, when in Sweden a few years ago, there were many signs in shop windows that said "s l u t rea", which means ending sale, like season end, or final sale.

Yeah, a grocery store called 'Asshold' , a restaurant called 'Schlong', a coffee shop called 'Fukme' !!!

Saw a sign on a cafe window in Portugal and it said "crap wanted...apply within"....not sure what it meant...still don't!
