If you mean the Interior heater it's probably and airlock in the water system. Empty the system then refill BUT make sure the heater is set to HOT. IF the heater still doesn't work then you may have an obstruction somewhere like a collapsed heater hose

When you filled the coolant after changing the thermostat, some air may have been trapped in the coolant system which causes no heat or greatly reduced heat output. Try refilling the coolant system, but set the heater to HOT to allow the heater core to fill with coolant. The engine must also be allowed to reach its operating temperature, usually around 185-205 degrees Fahrenheit, so the thermostat opens and allows coolant to flow throughout the system. You may have to drive the car for a couple of days to get the air block worked through the system.... the revving of the engine helps the water pump push the air block out of the system.

your heater core is probably clogged, it should be located under you passenger side dash. It has a cover over it that you will have to remove. it kinda looks like a small radiator. or your cable to your temperature adjustment is broke or loose
