You really shouldn't smoke any at all. You're still young enough that you could easily quit without the addiction withdrawal symptoms. It's not cool too smoke, it makes your breath and clothes smell bad, and when you kiss a girl, for her it's like licking an ashtray. And of course, it's not at all healthy. There are all sorts of lung diseases you could end up with that will shorten your life considerably - cancer and emphysema are the worst. I know someone who died from emphysema and it was a slow, uncomfortable, and painful death. Do yourself a huge, huge favor and find a healthier habit.

absolutely none. Im a nurse. I Took care of a young man who is suffering from lung cancer (from smoking) lat night. He is going to die, and its painful. There is no reason to smoke- there are plenty of ways to quit, and lots of pills and remedies to help with stopping. You would be a real fool to smoke at all. I think every smoker should have to watch a person suffer who has lung cancer. They would quit in a second. Its brutal.

After 38 years experience of smoking, a heart attack floored me a few weeks ago and if I pick up another one I double my chances of getting another heart attack, hmmm, how many per day, depends on what you want in your future I guess :)

You can smoke as much as you like,it all depends on what your value of life and health is to you.Lungs are like a filter in a car once its blocked you can blow it clean or fit a new filter.Unfortunately lungs can not be cleaned, but they can change them.????

The best is none. Otherwise it doesn't change a thing on your health.

As for the wallet, well, obviously the less the better.

But for your moral as many as you want to...
