Yes boys do tend to ignore someone they like at sometime or the other. It could be due to various reasons. Maybe he just lost interest in you or maybe he likes you so much that he doesnt want to get involved in a relationship with you at the time being. If you take an interest in him then he might start taking an interest in you. Try being his best friend before making him your boyfriend

Because he's still a boy and maybe unsure about his feelings. He might not be mature enough to express his feelings or maybe he's too shy. He might think you don't like him so he's decided to find some one else. You might want to try talking to him and getting to know him better. If you try talking to him and being friendly and he still ignores you then he's not interested.

Ive been in a similiar situation, one minute hes calling me all the time and wanting to hang out next minute its like he doesnt even know who I am. I personally would say he has a crush of some sort. Guys like to play games!

2 kinds: open expression and people who don'texpress their feelings. Some people act like they don't care but in reality they do. Others show that they care quite plainly. But in your case, I don't think he likes you anymore. He might, but I don't think so because why else would he just drop you? I don't mean to hurt you, I really don't... good luck with this guy!
