last nite i went to xmas dance and took my fiance with me,well we danced of cousre..but for a while i kept asking him but not a whole lot to fast dance with me.. he never had an anwser..so i couldtell he didnt want too.. it made me upset so my friend grab me and danced with me,then i sat back down and we spoke and waited it made me really upset,so we just went home.i really wanted to stay and dance and wanted hjim at least try..last yr my Ex did the same thing and it hurt to see it repeat but with a new guy (my fiance) as my fiance said sry to me i yelled at him and got even more upset.. what do i do? why wont guys try to fast dance? :(

don't be too hard on him. being a wallflower isn't a reason to become upset with him. if he's still a great guy besides that fact, you should be happy with that. he's probably too embarrassed to dance so you shouldn't push him so much on that.

WOW at least I know I am not the only guy that hates to fast dance well untill i get a few beers in me.I love to slow dance with my girl but fast dancing I just don't feel like I am doing it right and am afraid of making a fool of myself maybe thats what he was thinking to.I would have been ok with you dancing with someone else so you could have a good time.I don't know if it helps but thats how I feel.So don't stay mad at him this is petty ask him in a nice way why he does not like to fast dance maybe you can give him some lessons at home and things will be better next time.Good Luck

Maybe he's no good at fast dancing and felt embarrased to try. He danced with you some, so I don't think he doesn't like to dance. Maybe if you give him private lessons at fast dancing where no one can see him next time he might want to try.

Because he thinks you're too good for him, and if he fast dances and shows you his moron moves that you'll leave him.
Accept him for who and what he is. If you can't, then move on.
Maybe some day he'll be secure enough in himself to fast dance, but I wouldn't hold your breath.
Enjoy what you do have with him, and go dance with others. As long as you go home with him, I very much doubt he'll mind too much as it will relieve him of having to do it himself.
