Well depends on the size of the force but most likely everyone would be required.
Remember though Singapore is the busiest seaport in the world. It would be in pretty much everyones interest to look out for them so they would have lots of people coming in to help them out..presumably.

The Singapore Police Force and the Singapore Armed Forces both seem to fall under the National Service in Singapore, I also read that the duty's of the Singapore Police Force can be changed and or increased at times of war. So technically the Singapore Police Force will be involved in the "war".
What degree of involvement does not seem to be known.
National Service (NS) in Singapore is the name given to the compulsory conscription of all male Singapore citizens and second-generation permanent residents upon reaching the age of 18. They serve a two-year period as Full Time National Servicemen (NSFs) in the Singapore Armed Forces (SAF), Singapore Police Force (SPF), or the Singapore Civil De fence Force (SCDF).

Most likely the reservists first, then the Police would be involved. As Singapore is massively outnumbered by two large countries, the war would not last more than a week.
I had a friend in the Singapore army who told me that they were told that in the case of full-blown invasion by Malaysia, Singapore would have eight hours to resist before overrun, with Indonesia, two hours.

The Singapore police will not be involved in the war but stay in the country.The SAF will deploy troops to the battlefield.War will not occured in Singapore but in other country because Singapore will be destroyed within days.The Singapore Police will only maintain stability in the country.

No. The police will be busy containing the 700,000 foreign talents plus thousands of Singaporeans from leaving Singapore. Anyway, Singapore will not be able to recover from any war. Due to its size, 642 sq meter, most of the urban area will be destroy by bombing. If I am the attackers, I will place long range artillery and built a complex fox-hole and MG post defense position.

Only the army, although if Singapore was invaded, I guess the police would be enlisted to fight the invading foes.

there may be no time to enlist polce as it would be occupied in a short period of time.
