peace to all,
after having my first son i was determined to lose my baby weight... and i did.... and then some. i'm a vegeterian and enjoy exercising very much. now that i am down to a size i am comfortable with i don't know how to stop losing weight.

what is a good diet and exercise plan to maintain weight???

Put in your stats--your height, weight, sex, and activity level. It will tell you how much you need to eat to maintain your weight at your current stats. If you do that, then everything should be fine.

If you want, you can lookup on yahoo 'daily calorie intake calc' to find other calculators that may be more accurate.

Ignore drberger,he answers every question the same ,he must have something to do with the site hes advertising.

I very much doubt he's a doctor either.

The best way to maintain your weight is to consume as many calories as you are burning.
