hip size can be reduced by brisk walking, swimming and cross trainer. Yoga asana is you lie on the stomach and extend your legs one at a time, take your leg up upto 45 degree and count to 5 and try with other leg. then there is another asana where you take both your arms and legs up to around 30 degree count to 5 and relax. But best is the cross trainer and brisk walking, even skipping if your health allows is great.

Yoga unforunately is NOT your best choise here. I have nothing against it, its a great way to relax and become more flexible and generaly fit, but it is not what you are looking for.
First of all, forget about reducing fat locally. This is a myth that has made people doing hundreds of crunches in the gym with the hope of seeing their abs one day... which never comes.
Fat is reduced from the whole body, in an order opposite to the one of which it was placed there. If you got fat first on the heeps, then the belly, then the glutes, etc it will be reduced in the opposite order.
How to reduce the fat percentage in your body? Sound eating and exersizing is the only answer. In order to achieve the best possible results for your body you should do aerobic (cardiovascular) exersizes for calorie expenditure and combine it with a weight training program in order to keep (or hopefully to increase) your muscles. Do not get scared when you hear about muscles, you will NOT look like a bodybuilder... Weight training is important also for your bone density if you are a woman.
Eating 4-5 small nutrient reach meals, drinking plenty of water and doing cardio 2-3 times a week and weight training 2-3 times a week will give you a body to be proud very soon AND health benefits too many to mention here.
Good luck!

Excercise may be functional. Unfortutunatly, fat comes off the body lightly once you secercise, like snow melting, all of it melts on a similar fee, although the parts that had the most snow will take the longest to thoroughly melt. So with the intention to cut back your hips you'll want to do a touch cardio that receives your heart fee up a minimum of four circumstances a week for a minimum of 0.5-hour

Hip size goes up during the pregnancy, if it is the case it should go down faster by certain hip exercises. see the Gynaecologist and ask for some leaflets. Go to library and find it. Must not start this programme soon after delivery allow time, then begin exercising.
