aahh Bisto! just use the juices from the roast add two OxO cubes some water and boil slowly, if its too thin add some corn flour but little at a time as it thickens up rapidly

Get a large or 2 medium peeled, raw whole potatoes and let them BOIL in the gravy for awhile. They'll absorb the extra salt. Never fails.

Peel a potato, slice it and add to the gravy. Potato will absorb some of the salt. Remove before serving.

Add some water and if necessary some more thickener. If you take the same gravy you have and make it into more, it should dilute it. Just take the batch you have and double it until you have the taste as it should be.
( I have been known to oversalt a few times in my life.. :-) )

half the gravy mix then add some stock mix up some corn flour add slowly you should be ok if not start again
