Okay, title says it all.

What is 100% certain way to get rid of spots.. FAST.

I've tried almost all of these face washes, them creams which supposedly reduce spots, and such.. They Don't Work.

And also, my face, its either really really oily, or its flaking.. What can i do about that????

I'm going out tomorrow and want to look my best, but as said above, my spots just keep flaring up, my skin becomes really oily, then it turns relly dry and my forehead starts flaking.. Its terrible.

Can anyone help?

The only thing you can really do with spots that you want to get rid of fast, i.e for a night out, is use a solution or lotion that dries out your skin. I find that the best stuff to use for this is a "Mud face-pack" or "clay mud". The lotion comes in single packets or you can buy larger tubes for continued use, (which I recommend using once a week to help keep spot break outs low). You can either put the "mud" all over your face or just on and around the spot area. You leave it on your face for 10-15 minutes, until the lotion is dry and then wash it off with a damp cloth using warm water. Don't think the spot will disappear completely because it won't, theres no such product that will do that...however using the face pack will reduce both the size and the redness of the spot, which I guess is better then nothing!!

Do you mean reddish/brown marks? Google actual scarring and you'll see that it looks like little pits in the skin or like thick, twisted scar tissue. For real scarring, your best (though expensive) bet is to get laser therapy, which isn't guaranteed to deliver incredible results. There's not much else you can do, though. It's much more common to get red marks, which most people refer to as 'scarring.' These will fade in time - if your skin heals normally and isn't too sensitive, they'll probably be gone in a year or two (yes it does take quite long). The hyperpigmented layers of your skin have to bed shed so your skin can eventually show the even layers underneath. There's no point in treating scarring without first treating acne first - work on that, then concentrate on the marks left behind. Your best bets for hyperpigmentation: an AHA/BHA, a retinoid, and/or regular exfoliation.

Only use moisturizers type of cream, apply only on the flaky spots. I use aloe-vera bar soap, or the Honey bar soap helps alot. They are in the mexican product section depending which store, Wal-mart or HEB. Pat dry dont rub. Its the cold weather, Im going thru this its a routine now every year. To get rid of oily skin take a moistuized wipy have one handy to use thru out the outing, they stay moist for a long time so wont dry out. Remember pat, pat.
