What are the top 5 foods to eat and no eat when trying to diet.. (please list foods not food groups)

Forget miracle foods. You have to follow a strict diet pattern. What I do mornings:Drink coffee to stay awake, for lunch eat a tuna can with crackers, mixed with pickles or veggies taste great. Unlimited fresh fruits or veggies(Nothing from preserves cuz they are just sugared up or salt up) and the hardest thing. DONT EAT PAST 6PM! Wake up and do the same thing again. In a month I go thru this diet for 3 weeks and for a week I splurge(but actually unconsiously still maintain good choices) Excersice, walking is ok, but mix spurts of jogging to hurry yr weight loss. Ask yrself are you ready for this? Or are you getting the new years stupid resolutions, which I never accomplish. Try it for a week and its part mental psyching yrself not to obsessive over food. You didn't gain the weight overnight and can't expect to lose it that way either.

Diet, excercise all come in to play, the biggest thing is reducing your calorie intake while increasing your activity. Stimulate your metabolism by eating smaller portions more often. Consider high protien foods like cottage cheese, egg whites.
