This is actually not a diet but you can lose up to 30 lbs in a month. Have you tried a cleanse? I've been trying exercise only for about 4 months and I only dropped 7 lbs. But with cleaning and exercising I lost 22 lbs in a month. I tried Isagenix 9 day cleanse. I'm going to do it again next month. My doctor recommended it to me for my weight loss. With a good cleanse you can lose up to 10 lbs in 9 days. And it's not just water weight. Just cleanse, eat healthy and exercise at least 1 hour 3 times a week. Even if it's just walking around the mall or the track. I'm now on month 2 and I've lost a total of 35lbs. Good luck.

everyone doesn't loose weight at the same pace, or if they eat exactly the same amount or foods, But what has always worked for me was eating smaller amounts little by little and shrinking the stomach. When hungry walk, or ride a bike, later still hungry (This was after dinner but at any time when stomach say"Now Now Feed Me) Grab the most citrus fruit that you can stand and eat. Always eat sloooow by the time you feel full might be to late for your brain to tell your stomach "OK HE HAS HAD ENOUGH"
Citrus as in the (Grapefruit diet) sends a message to the brain to tell the stomach that you are not hungry (Sick HUH?)
So incredible what the brain dose, and how food can alter the body and brain.
Eat good food The Four Basics
Eat SLOW, And chew
Stay away from The junk, and (eating out NOT GOOD) eat smaller portions
That worked for me,
But ever ones metabolism is different

AND DO NOT DO THIS IF YOU HAVE ANY MEDICAL PROBLEMS .............Talk with you Dr. If you do PLEASE

Different diets suit different people so it really depends what you're into. Weight watchers is good as it's based on the good old way of counting calories or there is slim fast which also works and cabbage soup for quick results. Really goes on how you like to eat.

Weight Watchers DOES work....You just gotta stick to it and be honest with yourself. No cheating, or you just cheat yourself. Keeping track of everything you eat from day to day. But like ANY diet, if you stop the weight does come back. Its a lifelong commitment. But if you FALL OFF THE WAGON, so to speak. You can get right back to it anytime....
