You would lose weight very quickly. The first initial part of the weight loss would only be water loss, so the first few pounds is your body using its water reserves if you like.
However
Eating that amount of food a day would send your body into starvation mode. The body thinks that it will be deprived of food, so it stores engery and fat for longer, resulting in slow weight loss. Your motabalism slows right down and it is very hard to lose weight.
Then as the body realises that it needs to use the fat that you have stored (because you are not giving it any food aka engery), it will begin to do so. However, it will start to use fat, turning it to engery to keep the body running. But there is more engery in muscle, which means that the body will actually use muscle mass to create engery. This means that any toned little stomache would be lost, your muscle mass would go down resulting in you being physically very weak due to lack of muscle. The body would eventually use every valuble resource to turn into engery, essentially eating itself.
And, as soon as you started to eat again, you would put the weight back on.
It is a very unhealthy way to lose weight. It completely ruins your body. hat is the point of having a tight, skinny little body if you can't use it? Anything under 1000calories a day is classed as starvation. You are best off eating 1400calories and doing some exercise to burn calories.
Instead of doing a diet, do a LIFESTYLE CHANGE. Do it for long term, and you will feel the difference.
A tpyical woman should eat around 2000cal to MAINTAIN her weight.
To lose one pound of fat, you have to burn 3500calories.
SO.... (here comes the maths)
If you usually eat 2000calories a day for 7 days. Thats 14000cals a week.
Instead, eat 1400calories a day for 7 days. Thats 9800cals a week.
A difference of 4200 cals a week. Devide that by 3500 (the amount of cals you need to NOT eat to lose 1lb of fat) and you will lose 1.2lbs a week. Do that over 4 weeks with some exercise, you could lose 4-5 in a month. (Some exercise, 30mins of cadiovascular 3-4 times a week. It should be moderate to heavy exercising to get your heart rate over 130)
Remember to eat good food. Fruit and veggies are key, no really they are. Eat bright colours, example, tomatos, brocolli, peppers. Fruit and veg with bright colours means more vitimins, which means your body is in tip top shape. At least 2 litres of water a day will clear your system of impurities, make your skin and hair look amazing and will help you lose weight. Eating "unhealthy" food is ok from time to time, but have too much of it is not good for anypart of your body. Try to limit yourself when it comes to junk food and low nutritional value food.
You can be slim and healthy, it is possible, it just takes some work. You get back what you put in, so if you abuse your body now, later on you will get nothing but grief from it. If you do the right things, you can have a safe, sexy and healthy body that you feel comfortable in for all your life.

that's about 300 calories, so you'd lose about ~20 pounds. the body starts losing weight rapidly, then it goes into what is known as the "famine" mode--the body realizes that you're not eating so it starts burning calories more slowly, and this is the major reason why dieting doesn't work. when those on diet start eating again, the body's still in the 'famine' mode and stores all the food they eat, for the fear that the subconscious realizes that the body may not eat again.
there is a better way of losing weight. this is proven and i don't know why i'm telling you this for free b/c usually people pay for this kind of information. and no, you don't get this advice through books or weight loss clubs, or magazines... etc, etc, etc, especially not in america anyway. so here it goes:
smell the food before you start eating. when you smell it, the body prepares itself for what is entering the body, thus helping the body to digest better.
eat what you want to eat, without binging on it--when the body wants a specific ingredient in foods, it's telling you to eat it b/c it may be vital, and this includes sugars(!!!) when you don't eat the stuff that the body's telling you to eat, the urge gets stored and usually ends up in binge eating--90% of those on diets go through this.
also, when you are chewing, put the fork and knife down for the duration of the chewing; this makes the brain send signals so that you'd really KNOW when you're full. i'm not telling you to graze on the food. just chew it normally. but don't hold anything in your hand while you're chewing. this is also true for eating pizza and hamburgers. you'll begin to realize when you're really full--most people cut down on the amount they eat by half when they do this. this is the single most important thing in losing weight.
do not watch tv or play games when you're eating. most americans watch tv when they're eating. this scrambles the brain signals so that you will not know when you're full. this is one of the major reasons why so many americans are obese.
the above is a proven method and most weight loss clubs don't want you to know about it, b/c it works. i don't know why i'm telling you this and i hope i don't get sued for telling you this secret info...
...i guess just the thought of a poor 14 y/o trying to lose weight made me sad and changed my mind...
i know someone personally who have lost 25 pounds using the above method, and she's stronger and healthier than ever. and she's kept it off for about a year and a half.
good luck. :D

PLEASE do not do that!
At your age you will create many problems to your body and health. This should never be done by anyone, but especially at your age is asking for trouble! The weight you will lose will be mostly muscle and water (part of your inner organs as well if you continue...). When you deprive your organizm from the needed calories and nutrients with such underfeeding it responds with "starvation response" which means it will try to keep your fat reserves by reducing your metabolism and by getting free from your metabolic active tissue (muscles, organs).
Eat 4-5 small nutritius meals per day, drink lots of water and try to be active (exersize or just go out and play or just walk).
If by any chanse you feel that the issue is more psychological than physical please ask for support from a health proffesional or from a credible online community.

OMG, please don't do that. If you eat that, you might lose weight but you will gane it back even faster then you put it on. Also you will be hungry and get sick. So whatever you have going on in 6 weeks you will miss because you will be in the hospital. You are fine, I wish I could be 124..
