I'll assume you mean "to be considered dateable material."
Honestly, it's not so much having good qualities as it is avoiding BAD qualities (American women have lowered the bar considerably here). If you're not rude, arrogant, loud, obnoxious, and messy, then you're leagues ahead of your competitors. A guy will take a 5 with a pleasant personality over a 10 who's an entitled princess skank any day.

For me, intelligence. It is not just at the top of the list -- it IS the list. My past relationships have worked directly related to the female's intelligence, so the last time I went looking, I joined Mensa. Score!
