Here may be some tips to help you lose some weight. Eat only vegetables,fruit and beans. Drink Green Tea, fruit juice or plain water. Cut down on sugar and oil. Do not eat meat -pork, mutton or beef. Eat only chicken meat once a week. Do 20-30 mins exercise everyday- jogging or fast walking. Try it- it works. I know because i am doing it for the last 3 months. My weight has dropped from 82 kgs to 73 kgs now. Thanks.

The problem is not to know what to eat (vegetables, fruits) but what you don't have to drink (alcohol)
