Two ideas which were wow!
1 My cousin made a banner with the proposal saying " Kelly, I love you will you marry me please please please please please please please" and placed it on this hill in the park in a secluded area with a gazebo...
Blindfolded her then drove her there.
She cried and everybody cheered.
2 At the wedding, his best man who proposed to his girlfriend right there. She was in such shock.. she cried and cried and cried and everybody else screamed and cheered.

it has to be a day she'll never forget...
you have to do something that she doesnt expect you to do,,she'll love the surprise...
say it at the right time and on the right way.,.
DONT BE LAME!
its a proposal for crying out loud!
so you to make it really special..
you know how it is with women..ehem..they always treasure the dates or days or watever,..
like they can tell you when ur first kiss was, what you were wearing, where you were and at exactly the right time!!!..so this would be another day that she can add on her list of dates!...so u better make it extra extra extra special!!!!

spend the entire day with them ding stuff that they like to do....... and at the end of spending a wonderful day with your partner just go to a gr8 romantic place....like the seaside or somewhere where it would be quite and romantic..........look into the eyes of the person and say what u really think and feel........if u r a guy gonna propose a girl just remember it's never what u say that matters it's always how u say it............i m sure it'll b tough to say no!!!!!!!!!!1

to propose to some one do the followinh-:
1)approach to him or her
2)make him /her feel comfortable
3)ask him if he or she is dating(dont ask this 1st)
4)ask him or her abt u(wht he or she feels abt u)
5)propose to her
