they have feelings right. So who's to say that only humans can get into heaven?

Most Judeo-Christian beliefs say that only mankind has a soul therefore it is ok to whatever you want to the animals around you..... they do not have souls and therefore suffer no pain.
This same belief began to be applied to human beings that were not 'saved' and thus the burnings, executions, 'conversions at swordpoint', and slavery were allowed to occur.
A popular phrase "Kill them all, let God sort them out" has been attributed to the Vietnam War. In fact this slogan was used to exterminate the Cathars in southern France in the 1200's. It seems that the Cathars were "just Christian enough", that when they surrendered, they began giving the last rights to each other. The French Bishop at Langedoc told the French military Commander to "Kill them ALL, God will take the ones he wants..!!" The commander refused to do so at first and faced excommunication himself if he resisted and so ordered his men to slay the entire population and then burn them.

They do not have a soul, Yes they have feeling, My own dog is part of the family, she faithfully follows me everywhere I go, She is a inside dog but also likes the outdoors, If I sit down she sits on my foot, If I move 6 inches, She gets up & move 6 inches just to feel my foot, But when it comes her time to die, Yes we can grieve over our pets, But they don't have a soul. Sometimes Dogs act like they have more sense than people.

Hi, there is no evidence that animals possess a soul and the agreement among scholars is that as they are a lower form of created life they were not given the higher gift of a soul as we have, and so they cannot enter Heaven as they do not have eternal life.
