You can't. That's the honest truth. But try increasing your intake of water, try drinking at least 2 liters a day, this will help your body to detox and help your skin cells to regenerate. Preventative treatment is better then a cure. Try using Liz Earle's products, they are 100% natural and will help to gently detoxify your skin www.lizearle.com or try using Dermalogica or Australian Body care. Sorry but there really isn't an over night cure, although for some really bad spots you could try using a sulpher mask this will help draw out the spots so to speak. Hope this helps.

Careful using "maximum strength" acne cream (like with benzoyle peroxide) because it can burn and even scar your skin if you use it in delicate areas or you simply have a bad reaction to it. You could get a dark patch where the pimple was.
Take a steamy shower at night and wash your face with a gentle non-comedagenic (but NOT acne-fighting) face wash, like those made by Aveeno or Dove. When you get out of the shower splash your face with very cool water and pat it dry (don't wipe). Use a toner like Ponds Clear, Calm, and Perfected gel toner and let your face dry. Put a non-maximum strength acne medication (over the counter) on your face - like Clearasil cream. Just put on a light layer in your trouble spots. Change your pillow case and use barrettes to keep your hair away from your face when you sleep. Avoid touching your face. Hope it helps!

Drink plenty of water and use a light soap to clean your face, but don't scrub it. Take some lemon juice and swab it on each zit with a Q-tip. Gently rinse with water when it dries up. Then, drink about 2 tablespoons of lemon juice before and after bed. Use a straw to avoid tooth enamel erosion, and rinse your mouth well. The water and lemon juice help purify the body. Lemons are rich in vitamin A, which is good for the skin. Do NOT pick or touch your face. Abrasions cause zits.

what i do is drink LOADS of water every day, wash my face with an unscented bar of facial soap every day, and pat dry with a towel. if you rub or pull on the skin on your face, it can cause early wrinkles and premature aging, so make sure to dry your face by patting it with a towel. that should take good care of your skin but if you do get a pimple, dab some toothPASTE (NOT GEL) onto the pimple and it should dry it up. if you don't have toothpaste, take an aspirin and crush it up. then, mix it with some water to make a paste to put on the pimple. lemon juice will dry it out as well. if you want a facial to help remove acne all over the face, crack an egg and put the egg white into a bowl/cup. take a cotton ball or napkin and spread the egg white all over your face. it should feel tight while drying, but make sure to leave on for about 15-20 minutes and then wash off with warm water later. for a good steam treatment to open your pores and clean them out, boil a pot of water and keep it at a boiling temperature. then, add some lemon juice and/or spices/seasons (rosemary, mint, thyme, etc.). hold your face over the steaming pot for about 10-15 minutes and let dry naturally. this should also help penetrate blackheads and whiteheads. good luck!

Sit back... this is a LONG answer, but I wanted to help you out! I know it can be frustrating.
Gather all materials beforehand -- see "Things You'll Need" below. You might want to store them in a waterproof resealable bag, such as Ziploc. I'd recommend wearing either old clothes or a bathrobe over whatever you are wearing. There is a definite possibility this is going to spill. After you have found everything on you checklist, head to a large, flat, waterproof surface. This is probably your bathroom. Having this room be private is highly advised; you can't just say, "Get out, I'm flattening a pimple," can you?
Things You'll Need
- 3 or more cotton balls
- Lukewarm tap water
- Cup to hold the water in
- Salt
The Method
1. Salt the water thoroughly -- much more than you think it needs.
2. Dip one cotton ball in the salt water.
3. Wait for 30 - 60 seconds.
4. Squeeze out excess water out until it is damp, but not dripping.
5. Place the damp cotton ball over your large, oh-my-goodness-I-cannot-go-to-. zit. If you have several of these grouped together, try to place the cotton ball over them all.
6. Glance at your watch/clock. Wait exactly three minutes.
7. Remove the cotton ball after the time is up. The zit seems to be nearly gone, but it is only the top that has dissolved. Your acne is still there.
8. Take the other two cotton balls and place them on either side of the despised pimple.
9. Slowly, move them closer together until the tiny bump is flattened. Congrats! You've just conquered that giant of a pimple -- forever!
10. Apply honey on the infected area & go to sleep!!
Tips
*Don't forget the last 3 steps -- they are crucial.
*Be sure to follow these steps closely. Dipping a cottonball in fresh water as opposed to salt will not work, for instants.
* You might want to bring a book -- either waterproof or one that you do not care about being splattered in water. Those three minutes can get boring.
* This is your best bet for monster zits that simply sneak up on you. For long-term healthy skin, cleansing and toning is also important.
Warnings
* Please, PLEASE, do not assume this is permission to "pop" pimples. Doing so can cause major scarring. Please don't pop them.
* If you stop after the top is dissolved, I must warn you: it WILL come back! Maybe not in the next five minutes, but during the course of an hour, it will come back!

There are many cheap and effective home remedies for acne. Tomato slices, turmeric, papaya juices and home made face packs will treat existing pimples and prevent further problems. More remedies at http://www.wellnesstalk.org/acne.html

i dont know about acne but the odd one or two pimple that you wanna eliminate, try tooth paste, there is this tooth paste called darlie, It works for me. Just put a lil spot where the pimple is, dont go too crazy on it, just a lil bit will do, or else the toothpaste will burn the skin, and the affected area will turn into a brown spot instead.

Sorry, but that is basically impossible. But what I have found that helps really quicking are the Neutrogena products. And face peels/masks. They really help unclog you pores and make you face nice and fresh. If I truely find anything that gets rid of blemishes overnight, you wil be the first to knowMerry Christmas!! : - )

A good home DIY to dry up pimples. Squeeze lemon on infected area. Or on whole face to make clearer skin. Leave for about 1-2 mintues. It really stings and itches but it works! Good luck!

To get rid of acne.. You can do this:
~Just wash your face, but first use hot water, then massage your facial wash onto your face, then rinse it with cold water. You can use acne fighting facial wash. Hot water, opens your face pores, so your facial wash will be effective. Cold water closes your face pores, so no dirt will enter your face.
