Have you tried a cleanse? I've been trying exercise only for about 4 months and I only dropped 7 lbs. But with cleaning and exercising I lost 22 lbs in a month. I tried Isagenix 9 day cleanse. I'm going to do it again next month. My doctor recommended it to me for my weight loss. With a good cleanse you can lose up to 10 lbs in 9 days. And it's not just water weight. Just cleanse, eat healthy and exercise at least 1 hour 3 times a week. Even if it's just walking around the mall or the track. I'm now on month 2 and I've lost a total of 35lbs. Good luck.

What do you mean fast? There are so many scams and lies around on this topic it is unbelievable!
First of all, the fastet rate of weight loss should be not more than 1kg or 2,2 Lbs per week (according to many health organizations).
Secondly, fat loss should be your goal, not weight loss, there is a huge difference and is important: you dont want to lose muscle and water!
Last but not least, as far as how to do it is concerned the only answer is to eat properly and to exersize!
I include a web page for further reading, visit it and you will find a lot of sound information on the subject.
Good luck!

It is a possibility to lose weight rapidly but you should be realistic and comprehend that if you lose weight rapidly then you will almost certainly put it all back on again just as rapidly. I lost 7 pounds for the last month when I had a wedding to attend, and I did it by following the instruction presented on the website in the box below.

There is no fast, easy way to lose weight.
Getting your head straight, eating the right food and plenty of exercise is the only sensible, healthy way to go about it.
Ignore diets, starvation diets, pills, creams, wraps, it's all a way of extracting cash from the public.
Losing weight and getting fit is hard work, takes a while, and when you get where you want to be you still have to maintain.
Think of it as a permanent change in lifestyle.
If you put nothing in, you get nothing out.

Cabbage soup diet. Find recipe online. Take vitamins. Drink a lot of water. You can lose maybe 7 - 10 lbs a week if you are trying to get into that wedding gown or special event coming up. Good luck.
