Please note Utuk's answer that it is the "Hebrew" version of the book of Esther as the Greek version does put God into the story of Esther

You know, it isn't in the rest of the New Testament either. That is one of the reasons that scholars don't care for the NWT - they replace the Greek word "Kyrios" with "Jehovah" in the NT.
