If you want some "***", you will get more weight all over with it, there is no way to just make one part of your body bigger without effecting everything. If you want to be bigger start drinking whey protien once a day, but make sure you drink it with milk instead of water. Also if you drink that and lift weights you can gain "muscular ***" which women love even more. ;)

Start by doing squats...increase the weight every week until you reach your peak/comfort zone.

yep...deep squats with your legs about shoulder width. stiff leg dead lifts and leg curls for the hamstring. plenty of stretching and don't be scared to go heavy once you learn the movements...
