This marinade is fail proof. I always keep the ingredients on hand for whatever pops up because it seems to be perfect on everything. I have used on beef, chicken and pork and would try it on just about anything. It is so simple too. Just take some minced garlic and rub on meat, ( I use garlic on everything ) then add (equal portions) hot sauce and teriaki sauce. Then chopped chives. Cover for a few hours and it is a little spicy, a little sweet and very very tasty!
