He is a sad, pathetic little man with delusions of granduer. The Bible refers to people like him in the "last days", people who claim to serve the Lord but actually serve the Devil. Now, I'm not particularly religious, but he definitely seems to be committing evil.

Have you read the Bible? Genesis, Exodus, Joshua, Judges, Kings - Job... have you read freakin' JOB? Jehovah is one deranged individual. Fred Phelps is just "doing what he sees his father in heaven doing".

He is a psychopath. How can someone who so strongly believes in God, be so full of hate? He used to beat his children terribly. I dont mean just a spanking, I mean to a bloody pulp. I read a biography on him written by one of his children. It was horrible.

Are you judging this person? You are name calling this person, putting them down in the mental department and you wish hell and damnation on him and his family yet do you even claim to believe in God yourself? (If you realized what hell consists of, you wouldn't want yourself or anyone else to go there, really. I sure don't.) You are calling him a horrible murderer. Hating your brother makes you a murderer. Let's see now, not knowing the Fred fellow, somehow you come out smelling badly here in your response to him whether or not he has done good or evil.
