He is 'propet' Mohammad and not prophet Mohammad.
Eitherway he is meant to be a hatred monger.
Look at the life of Mohammad who was tortured, misbehaved and abused during his life time. He never reacted like you.
There is a story. Mohammad used to go through a village where an old lady used to throw garbage on him daily. He never reacted but always smiled back to her.
One day so happened that he was not showered with the garbage. Therefore he enquired about her and came to know that she had fallen ill.
He went to her and asked her humbly about her well being. She cried and immediately converted to Islam. Such was the charachter of Mohammad.
Therefore following the teachings and life of Mohammad I would like to answer your question.........as none of a, b, or c.
He is just another ignorant who has not been given an opportunity to study Islam. It is in fact our duty to tell such people, for if we fail we shall be questioned by Allah.
Therefore.......
" Invite (people) to the way of your Lord with wisdom and beautiful Preaching, and argue with them in the best ways."Quran [16:125]
P.S...........Do not be disheartened by such people as they are in fact making your bodage to Islam more realistic and deep.

I am no longer a well muslim now so I can't be one hundred% definite that I could have. Nor can I say that I could. I simply do not know, it is complex. I'm slightly rather harassed on matters that I should not be harassed on already so probably I could have believed him as I could have noticeable/heard for myself or it would have long gone the opposite direction as I is also ignorant proper now. It honestly scares me.

Just don't mind him. He's sick as you say and only ignorance would make him stop, although he's sometimes too provocative to be ignored.
