You took a chance I assume that you would join the armed service to pick up some training and I would hope as well to serve and protect our countries freedom. You are a special human being who serve and protect us. You may seem to be stuck, but, life's plan can change fast. Do your best and stay safe. Do not question your ability or purpose ! The strength of your will and your training as the worlds best military will get you through this . Maybe by missing the United States , you can also appreciate it more by being over their. I will pray for yours and all the military safety. You are loved and honored for your duty to serve us.

Hang in there, I did it myself during my 20 years in the Air Force.

Just keep in mind it will not last forever, and believe it or not, you will probably look back at this in a couple years and think the time away from home was not that bad. I am happy for you that you do have computer & internet access as that has not always been available in the desert. Good Luck!
