OK trick question,,,, If you are a girl and she is your girlfriend you should spilt the bill every time til you join as one and have one bank account to share....
If your a Guy and your broke from taking her out all the time You might have a different problem... (((Agreeing with the comment get a better paying job))) Or you've been too use to a girl paying for too much stuff in the past for you....
No matter what your veiws of Marriage is "The Man Steps up and Pays,,, thats it and thats that".... If your dumb enough to bring it up that you want her to Pay every once in a while? Get ready to pack up anything you've left at her Place....

if u dont like her to pay the bills tell her that if u will pay again i will not come to eat with u, if still she dont agree then tell her to divide the bills between both of u always. i think it will be fine then.

do this, tell her you need her to pay for the dates for the next couple months because you have to save up for spelling, grammar and consideration classes,
