i had mumps two years ago...then,last year n this year iseem to have the same symptoms...is it really mumps?

A second attack of Mumps occurs in any condition of immunocompromise like severe malnutrition,liver disease ,severe uncontrolled diabetes, chronic alcoholism, malignancy, ageing and AIDS
Sometimes it occurs in no known cause.

After a case of mumps it is very unusual to have a second bout because one attack of mumps almost always gives lifelong protection against another. However, other infections can also cause swelling in the salivary glands, which might lead a parent to mistakenly think a child has had mumps more than once.

By the way, I clicked the link that love_share above posted here and it took me to a website. that people have been reporting has a virus. BE CAREFUL!

no mumps are like chicken pox once you get them the first time thats it

.You can have mumps twice,if the first time only one side was affected.
