What happens to its fat when we boil potatoes?

a patatoe as far as i know has no fat it is starch not fat and its a natural sugar which the body can use easily .

Potato is a major source of Carbohydrates. It contains starch which when consumed in excess(more than the bodys requirements) would store all these glucose as fat.

Please be aware that potato doesnot contain any fat. It is starch which is saved in our body as glucose.

yeah a lot and if u want to eat it in ur lunch eat just 10 finger and dont have a dinner cz is contain a lot of fat i know it form a docter

as he said, it is starch. BUT...the body converts starch to sugar and if you don't use the energy,it is stored as fat, so in a roundabout way, it does have fat.

yes potatoes do contain lot of fat...but eaing them in moderation would not harm you!!.....you can have it but yes do maintain moderatism..
