I know some teams are starting to use Crossfit to increase strength and stamina for volleyball.

They do a lot of sqauts and box jumps that will help with your vertical. Also a lot of bodyweight exercises.

Some of the easiest ways to train is to go over motions. Volleyball is the kinda of sport where the more you play it hte better you get at it
