Eat foods with B12 such as natural brown honey, Natural Demara Sugar, Natural Molasses, fruits, Legumes, nuts, seeds.
Some say foods with small amounts of B12
aren't good sources of B12 but I disagree.
U can put that small amount with a food with more B12 vitamin. Some meat pushers will
say only meat has B12 but they are only saying that to push the eating of meat! Meat does have more B12 than many foods. Meat isn't necessary.. Eat Orange foods, fruit, grains seeds, brown natural honey. Avoid bleached foods! Eggs have B12 too!

Well there are multiple reasons you could have a Vitamin D deficiency. If your body is unable to absorb it, you will need the shots as taking anything orally will be pointless. Either way, you should be seeing a physician. Why aren't you asking them this question???

um, oral, orrrr you could just start eating plenty of foods that have B12 in it... Also, make sure you're eating with foods that promote the absorption of B12, that's crucial. Good luck!
