If you see teeth, then you have answered your own question.
If you really thought it was too early for your baby to get teeth, what would or could you do about it? What.....push them back down in to the gums, until you thought he was more of the right age????

Absolutely not too early to start teething! My daughter had her first tooth at four months, and I knew, because I was breast feeding! I have heard of children having teeth in as little as one month! God Bless! Merry Christmas, and A Happy New Year! Love always to you!

Well, You have already answered you own question, if you can see the teeth coming in. I know a baby who was born with a tooth...so you just never know when he/she will start teething. Congrats on the baby boy!

a newborn can decrease tooth from 2 months on so it particularly is plausible that he's teething. Early teething runs in the kinfolk so in case you or the daddy decrease tooth early, your toddler in all probability will too. He cant carry a teething toy yet you need to use an quite sparkling wash textile, moist it, tie it in a knot and relax it in the refrigerator (it relatively is extra handy to hold). additionally, decrease your nails very short, wash you arms, and in simple terms rub his gums consisting of your arms. Counter tension can shrink the discomfort. good luck.

http://www.sdcoe.k12.ca.us/smiles/fallout.pdf is a great explanation about losing baby teeth.

THey can come in early or late= just keep him comfy and rub his gums or let him chew a rubber coated spoon or something that feels good on the gums=D
