"I love you" in Italian is simple for pronunciation " Ti amo".
Comes from the verb "amare"= to love, from there is derived the noun "amore"= love, lover .
You can also say "Tu sei il mio amore"= You are my love.
"Amo soltanto te"= I love only you.

Hope that helps!
Have a great day!
