No, it means that she is evil and lacks class. Even though she was mean to you, she did you a favor by not going out with you when she isn't attracted to you. Don't let that get you down. Most "hot" girls have a really bad attitude problem. Keep trying! Average guys have only about a 10% success rate. Good luck with the next one!
