I drink a lot of soda, eat a lot of fast food, and I don't eat much fruit or veggies. I don't exercise often. I'm 5'6" at 150lbs. Average build. Do you think this maybe causing the problem for not feeling refreshed after sleeping 8 hours? If I started eating proper, are there any viatmins that are really good to start feeling better?

Some people do experience either insomnia or non-restful sleep due to diet factors.

For example, eating too close to bed time can result in disrupted sleep.

Certain beverages which contain caffeine can result in sleep that is not restful as well.

Regular exercise can help to regulate sleep and give you a better night's sleep. However, exercising too close to bed time can keep you up.

A daily regular, balanced multivitamin would be a good idea.
