Guys do this every day and most men have pretty smooth faces and necks even when they get older. Shaving. Look at all of the expressions men make when they shave. If you're a chick, don't actually shave, but go through all of the motions. If you don't know how, get a razor, take the blade out, put shaving cream on your mug and scrape it off with the razor. Watch a couple of guys shave and mimic them. They exercise all of the muscles in your face and neck, everyday.

Most people who have droopy skin on their face were really fat at one time and lost a bunch of weight very fast. Your skin is elastic and stretches, and actually shrinks, when you loose weight correctly. If this is the problem you're trying to fix, it sounds like it's time to go under the knife!! (Plastic surgery)

If you exercise and diet for fat loss, your face and neck area will slim down some as you lose the fat.
