If i were in your situation, i would do: cut off fried food, if you can cut off meat products, add more veges and fruit, cut off any processed foods, and any sugary drinks, never go hungry( eat veges and whole grains)

You NEED to be exercising to lose that much weight in that short of time. To lose 30 kg in 4 months, you'd have to lose almost 2 kg (or 4 pounds) per week. That's double what most health experts recommend. If you are studying so much, that's when most people are usually putting weight on. To be perfectly honest, you could lose that weight in that time, (check out that statistics from the Biggest Loser show) and even if you don't think you have enough time to exercise while you are studying, after the first little while you will feel better and will actually be able to study more efficiently. But you can't do it without exercising and expect to stay healthy. The other thing is WHATEVER you do, make sure you maintain a healthy eating program. You need a balanced diet. Don't cut out any food group, especially protein.

good luck then, just a simple 30 minute fast paced walk a few times a week will help. And you can study while doing it. I studied all the time while walking, driving, etc. If you can't pull up the information and discourse on it without the book, you don't really know it.

There are some foods and such. I know they use a cabbage soup in hospitals for patients to lose weight quickly. Tasty to me but most have issues with cabbage.

One thing, do not stop eating. Try to eat when you just wake up and snack all day. Just little things like carrots, broccoli, etc or fruit, or even a couple of crackers or the like. Not sweet stuff or too much. And make sure to eat a bit of meat at each meal. Not only good for you but keeps you non hungry longer. I could eat anounce of meat and not be hungery for 12 hours or a huge salad and be hungry a couple hours later. But you need the veggies to clear your system.

And diet drinks typically have too much sodium.

Also, wheat and flour, especially things like bread should be eaten in small amounts. I love bread and it took a lot of effort to cut it out of my normal eating habits. I still eat it of course but in much much smaller quantities now. And I feel better because of it.

Everything in moderation. I eat whatever I want to. But I eat it in moderation. That is the biggest key to staying healthy.

Have you tried a cleanse? I've been trying exercise only for about 4 months and I only dropped 7 lbs. But with cleaning and exercising I lost 22 lbs in a month. I tried Isagenix 9 day cleanse. I'm going to do it again next month. My doctor recommended it to me for my weight loss. With a good cleanse you can lose up to 10 lbs in 9 days. And it's not just water weight. Just cleanse, eat healthy and exercise at least 1 hour 3 times a week. Even if it's just walking around the mall or the track. I'm now on month 2 and I've lost a total of 35lbs. Good luck.

The only way to lose 30 kg in 4 months without exercise is amputation. Do you have a limb you're not fond of? With no food intake at all, you couldn't lose but 2 or 3 kg a month in fat.
