Well Hawaii of course. Go surf the largest waves on Earth in the place where surfing was born. My second suggestion is Colorado.

esperance western australia is a great place for surfing and has the best beaches in australia. depending on how far you need to travel.

Try Indonesia. It is cheap so you can stay there forever and it doesn't have the crowds of Hawaii.
