Does the man have to always pay for everything?

Well.....it's nice for the girl and shows he is respectful and polite and he can provide for his woman. But once the relationship moves forward then both partners can take turns paying :)

No, go dutch on first date is acceptable, but a woman would feel a bit more special if you did pay for everything - it shows that you are willing to invest in her.
If you are already boyfriend/girlfriend, then it depends who works and what's the incomes like. If say, your girlfriend earns much less than you, then perhaps you should always pay, but if she earns just as much as you, and offers to take turns paying, then that would work out well too.

Nope. after being with someone for awhile, paying is not up to the guy. unless he is filthy rich with millions of dollars! The person who suggests to do something should be ready to pay.

No, he doesn't have to, but he should certainly offer. He should also refuse any "polite" attempts of her paying, and only allow her to do so, if she truly wishes to. Generally, if you are financially generous on first dates, women will be financially generous on subsequent dates. So:

Dont take girls out on dates. its counter-productive.
instead, hang out.
-go hicking
-play in the park
-hang out at your place. and then when she gets hungry. cook you and her dinner
-go to the mall
-go jogging
-go to the zoo
When a girl likes u for u. she will offer to pay her shear. let her.
if a girl all ways wants u to pay. then she's just using u for your money.
