im going to bali in feb for 8 days with my sister, and wanted to know if anyone can recommend any hotels or tours?, ive been told not to stay in kuta because its always noisy and busy but on the other hand i dont want to be to far away from the shopping and the night life... any suggestions?

Hi, Feb is not high season....Kuta will not be too crowded.
Shopping and nightlife are mostly conviniently located in Kuta.

Tour, yes you have to arrange a tour. Normally city tour is available in the hotel. Car are clean and drivers are friendly.

Kuta is the best place to enjoy modern life. But remember to see the real Bali up north of the island.

on feb, kuta won't be so noisy and busy..it's not holiday season in indonesia..
kuta is the best place to stay under the condition u mentioned..
or maybe u can try stay at denpasar or nusa dua..but u shud rent a car or motorbike..
