I'm not an expert but I understand puppies having hiccups is normal. This is because they are growing rapidly and are experiencing muscle spasms. The hiccups should stop a certain period. If you are still worried, consult a vet.

It is very common for puppies to get the "puppy hiccups". Don't worry about it. But isn't it cute?

This is normal. Dogs do lots of human stuff like burp, fart, sneeze and hiccup. One thing that would cause for alarm is kennel cough. But don't worry, he does it because he is cute :)

It might be because he is drinking and playing at the same time and/or he might have eating too quickly like us and/or maybe he likes the hiccups. ^.^
