Yes. Speak with your insurance company and file a claim. Their attorney should take care of the rest. Or you could sue for medical expenses, you would have to prove to the judge that your pain and need for chiropractic services was direclty caused from the accident.

Not knowing what state you are in, makes this a difficult question to answer. Many on here have recommended that you get an attorney. If the damages/injury are clearly from the accident, the involvement of an attorney will succeed in slowing the claim down and then 1/3 of your recovery will go to the attorney. Call the truck drivers insurance and file the claim, if you haven't already and see if they will pay without giving you the run-around. If you don't get co-operation from them, then consult the attorney.

Depends on what state you are in. Many states have "no fault" medical payments - that means you ALWAYS collect under your own policy. Other states, you have to collect under YOUR policy until the limits are exhausted, then can try to collect under the other guy's.
Insurance companies don't like paying Chiro bills - although they will when forced to. But without much physical damage to your car, it's kind of hard to justify thousands and thousands of dollars of medical bills - which is what chiros do.
You should talk to your agent to find out about your state specific situation.

All depends what state are you living. In NJ for example, we have a non fault law, meaning that regardless whose fault the accident is, your company will pay the medical bills. But again, each state is different, but if you were rear ended and file a claim somebody has to pay your medical bills

Yes and You need to see an attorney. You also need to see another doctor besides a chiropractor to make sure nothing else is wrong with your neck.
A spinal doctor can help with many factors contribute to spinal pain, including Trauma (i.e. stress, sports, auto accidents, etc.), repetitive motion, bad body mechanics, being out of shape, smoking and osteoporosis to mention a few.
