I forgot the name of the store but there this mall in tokyo or harajuku that has a store that sells american foods or foreign foods, you can try there. The only place I know for sure that will sell it is on the military bases. What part of Japan are you at? If you know anyone with access to the base than you can get them there.
I just realized its called Sony Plaza...they sell american/foreign stuff and they sometimes have snacks and drinks but im not sure if theyd have eggnog.

I'm sure that if you go and find a Starbucks, you could buy some type of eggnog la ta or whatever. but if you dint find an eggnog 1, they have somethings called java-coolas(cold coffee ground with ice and what not, then topped w/ whipped cream and a frigging good chocolate sauce)

Try vending machines or the 7-11 type stores with the multi offerings of drinks! Best of luck to you. Also, you may be served egg nog at a nice hotel with a formal tea room (British style.)
